  1. Put your favorite song on after this? The first thing that came to my mind was "The only thing they fear is you" by Mick Gordon. Got me bursting out laughing how unfitting it is to the tone of this practice. 😄

  2. Thanks Adrienne and team. I normally do a friends yoga live (no cost) but I had no energy being mid week. Rather than not exercise I did this one which I’ve done many times and not once did my mind take over and then want to quit. I’ve been using your YT yoga for years and tell everyone about it. I know my body always feels better with doing your yoga sequences. It’s needed more in the world than ever. ❤️
