  7. Hi I'm Gary. I'm a military veteran and I suffer from combat PTSD. I have been having a tremendous time trying to get my feelings and personality under control. My psychiatrist suggested I try Yoga to help my emotions and temper. I found a free app that had this video in it. I tried it. It kicked my butt. I didn't know how inflexible and tight I was. I had a lot of muscle tension. I was amazed how sweaty, out of breath and bad my posture was. My muscles shook on some of the poses but I got through it. I felt amazing and haven't felt this great in a long time. I will do this again tonight before bed to help me release tension, relax my mind and finally/hopefully get a good night sleep for once in a long time. I will now do this video everyday and night from now on. Thank you for doing this video. I will also tell my fellow vets to try this out. God bless and Namaste!
