Yoga Inspiration: Move Every Day | Meghan Currie Yoga

This week, I started to kick off a 21-day yoga challenge and invited friends, family, and the community to participate; to move every day on the mat and share their personal practice.

This week has been a big, tiring week for me as I was moving to a new house. Had it not been for this challenge that I’ve created for myself and invited other humans to join me, I could’ve easily opted to postpone my practice plan for another day (or a week, eek!), and instead munch away at some chips while watching the sunset slowly disappear from the horizon.

But to be real; bumps, distractions, temptations, and random surprises will always be part of our lives, and if we want to move forward in the direction we desire, we need to take those daily baby steps, even if only for 5-10 minutes! That’s why I am super grateful to be having this challenge and to be doing it with this community. I’ve been so so inspired the last few days by everyone’s personal practices! ❤️

If you want to do join in; it’s never too late to start your own 21-day plan to move every day. You can find more about it here:

I hope this inspires you even a little bit to hop on your mat and do a tiny practice today. And if so, please share with me about your practice and goals!

Love,
Meghan
