Yoga for Vulnerability | Move #withme | Yoga With Adriene

Join me for this 35 minute loving and powerful grounding yoga session. This special at-home practice is anchored in an invitation to focus on the rise and fall. Through this structure we will lean in and use the tools of asana, breath, and science to welcome a sense of peacefulness and ease for both mind and body.

The awareness of my own vulnerability has made me more aware of others’ vulnerability and more loving and receptive in general. Thank you for taking some time to be with yourself, to care for your self, and to notice what all is possible.

  2. I am dealing with a lot of open-ended stories atm. A girl I'm about to have the third date with, new challenges at work on a weekly basis, mental health issues in isolation… this little session was just what i needed! <3

Whenever I have a hard day and feel like I need something to make me feel relaxed I come back to this practice ,it's so good ,I started it tonight feeling so heavy in my heart almost crying and ended it accepting my emotions and grounded, at the end when I hugged myself ,my cat came and hugged me too , appreciating the sweet moments life offers ❤️

  4. Thank you Adriene! During this practice, I realized more deeply how I have the tendency to criticize and judge others in my mind in order to make myself feel better. I became more aware of the fact that I do this because of my own insecurity. So in the future, when I start to criticize or judge, I will use it as a reminder to tell myself that I am OK as I am and I am loved and supported. Actually the feeling of feeling loved and supported is what I'm deeply need and am looking for. Yoga with you has helped me to be quiet enough to hear my inner voice. Thank you 😃

  5. I just finished reading the novel of J. Niven "All the bright places" and this Vulnerability practice is just what I needed. You know, like when you decide to read YA book to find out what all the hype is about, thinking you‘re too much an adult to be really touched by a YA story. But there I am – I swallowed the book in 3 days and I am very touched by it. So like a said, after I took my time to cry over the ending, I found this video here and Vulnerability sequence is just what I needed. Thank you, Adrienne!

  6. This practise was perfect. I had an overwhelming day, don't quite know how to deal with it and being afraid of this sadness relating a certain topic. But I felt like needed to make space for the sadness and vulnerability to heal♡ thank you once again!
