This full-length grounding session provides us with the tools to better acknowledge our feelings, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to our core, and learn when to let go. This is the perfect practice to ground with when you are struggling, or feeling off-center. You may also enjoy this class as preventative care to maintain mental, emotional, and physical balance.

By taking the time to show up for yourself you are most certainly influencing the way you show up for others. Thank you for joining me!

  1. It’s so important that we take the time to check in with ourselves, especially when our relationship to the future brings a certain kind of weariness.

How are you feeling after today's full length practice?

  2. Recently, I've been feeling so frustrated with my job and the pandemic in general. I feel trapped with the dreading feeling of uncertainty and then feel so hopeless not knowing and being unable to do anything with my life. Letting myself breathe through this practice is just what I needed. I don't know when this feeling will end but taking my time to breathe helped ease the feeling a bit. Thanks a lot, Adriene!

  3. Came back to this video amidst all the stress of settling my visa/flight tickets/booking covid tests for travel because I'm spending a year studying abroad! I'm nervous, excited, a little frustrated from the challenges of making travel plans in the middle of a pandemic, but mostly grateful, especially after spending some time collecting my thoughts. Thank you so much Adriene <3

  4. You described it perfectly. “Uncertainty of the future”. I did part of this practice with tears rolling down my cheeks trying to let go of what worries me. I needed this. I will face the day with mountain pose.

  5. Such an excellent, thoughtful, thorough practice to awaken, challenge, and stretch/relax our bodies through internal breath focus- you are the BEST EVER, and your followers are so drawn to your empathy, intuitive practices, consistent work ethic, and prayerful personality. Thank you for giving, Carolee Fagent

  6. Much needed this morning, I feel a lot better than when I started. Thank you Adriene for your time and energy. Words can’t express the gratitude for these little moments of hope and connection when I’m feeling down. 💜🙏🏼

  7. I hesitated looking at the length of this practice but new it would be incredible for me so committed to myself and did it. Thank you so much, my home city just went into it's 6th lock down and I'll be sharing this with everyone I know to keep spirits high ❤️

  8. I totally surrendered myself and feel great about it, I have an electric ⚡️ energy and this practice allows me to tell myself to slow down and feel gratitude for whatever I’m dealing with!

  9. I cried at the end of this practice, is that normal? Both of my parents are sick right now and to say things are feeling uncertain is an understatement. This life is short and a true miracle, every day we are here with our loved ones is a gift.

  10. Beautiful practice. Thank you 🙏
I practice yoga with you for a couple of years, and it never feels too easy for me. Especially in the mornings, it’s the best way to start your day.
Thank you for giving us your time and knowledge ❤️🤗

  11. Let me tell you when I have had thee world's toughest day I mean it. My girlfriend of 5 months just broke up with me and I found out today that my university will be online this upcoming semester meaning I have to move back in with my abusive parents. With all these big changes I felt a lot of pain and uncertainty. So with this practice it helped me to relax and to be here rather than worey what will come next. Thank you for that tiny bit of peace Adriene it means more than you know! 🙂
