  1. The number of times you say you are not a robot makes me suspicious about you being a robot. On a more serious note, I wonder if you are more figuratively feeling like a robot due to the context when you made this video. Don’t let the business side of this thing damper your original intention. I have been practicing via your channel as a new year resolution and have been able to address chronic hip pain that has bothered me for years. Thank you for the gift of your channel and making yoga more accessible.

  2. May everyone who reads this be blessed <3 trust the universe and it will be alright! Namaste & be kind to all, animals & nature 🙂

  3. Flamingo, wow, I suprise myself by just trying (like Adrienne said, just try) to lift my foot then my leg. I could do it for 1 second, but i did it. So proud of myself 💜

  4. I feel so much stronger already and after a tough Monday at work yesterday this was the perfect thing to clear my mind and have my heart ready for this tuesday!! namaste friends

  5. So incredibly generous of you to offer these videos/sessions free of charge! I only recently realized how much strength and flexibility I have lost and have set out to fix that! Hoping to incorporate one yoga session with you every day. Thanks again!

  6. Hey Adriene! I really enjoy doing yoga with you! But it would be great if you could offer some alternatives for us fat people who don’t exactly have room to fold ourselves into pretzels — child’s pose and reclined pigeon especially are always difficult for me since my belly doesn’t give me room to breathe in child’s pose and my thighs don’t give me room to thread the needle in reclined pigeon. I have no problem with strength of flexibility (I‘m a dancer!) but I hate feeling like I’m too big for yoga, especially since it’s all about radical acceptance and self-compassion. I have no desire to lose weight but I would love to feel more welcome in your yoga community. Thank you so so much!!

  7. This was an awesome practice. I have been traveling for the past few weeks and really needed to get back into my daily yoga. Perfect. Namaste!

  8. Thank you for your help with mental, emotional and physical health care. It helps me to better health to my daily chores. Learn to deal with these corrona times.

Loving health and with many thanks from Åse Lammethun in Florø Norway <3

  12. I had nice sweat which is neither too much nor too little. It allowed me to build a sense of strength and integration. very grateful for your offering and everybody in the world who shared this practice with me during my practice. So good to come back to the body and to love oneself spreading it to the world. Namaste!

  13. Starting the august calendar 5 days late, but starting anyways. Will actually double up when my body allows ❤️
