  1. The number of times you say you are not a robot makes me suspicious about you being a robot. On a more serious note, I wonder if you are more figuratively feeling like a robot due to the context when you made this video. Don’t let the business side of this thing damper your original intention. I have been practicing via your channel as a new year resolution and have been able to address chronic hip pain that has bothered me for years. Thank you for the gift of your channel and making yoga more accessible.

  4. Hey Adriene! I really enjoy doing yoga with you! But it would be great if you could offer some alternatives for us fat people who don’t exactly have room to fold ourselves into pretzels — child’s pose and reclined pigeon especially are always difficult for me since my belly doesn’t give me room to breathe in child’s pose and my thighs don’t give me room to thread the needle in reclined pigeon. I have no problem with strength of flexibility (I‘m a dancer!) but I hate feeling like I’m too big for yoga, especially since it’s all about radical acceptance and self-compassion. I have no desire to lose weight but I would love to feel more welcome in your yoga community. Thank you so so much!!

  9. Cultivate day 1 moved to day 4 due to time constraints earlier. Worked out perfectly today for a longer session- thunderstorms outside so can't walk or mow the lawn. Yoga much appreciated.
