  2. Just did the practice with my little brother (21 years old). Is was his first yoga practice and I thought this would be an easy introduction. We enjoyed it very much

  3. As someone recovering from a health scare and a few rounds of surgeries, this gentle yoga is wonderful. Lets me move and stretch and work on my stability again without feeling pressured to be somewhere I'm physically not.

  4. As a senior with one degenerative hip joint, it is impossible to sit on the floor, even with blankets and/or pillows under me. Could you please create a gentle practice that does not involve sitting on the floor or deeply folded knees and hips (as in child pose)?

  14. I’m a 35 yr old male just getting into yoga and the hardest thing for me aside from not being flexible is focusing my mind. My ADD kicks in and can barely get through it. Short yoga for ADD, that’s what I need.

  15. Really slow and easy- maybe too easy. too easy for me and I am a senior. Might be good to relax before bed ! even cat/ cow done modified and not from Table. But good if you are afraid to do standard

  16. Hello sweet Adriene . Im still on healing from breake up road . Yesterday l did Detox&reset practise and today l did this one . Both of them were very great . Thank you from my heart ♥️🍃plus , l think you can create a little yoga practise just for breakups LOL

  17. Since discovering Yoga with Adriene a couple weeks ago, I have enjoyed at least one of her videos 5 days a week. Interspersing this gentle one (that I love) with one that is more strenuous on the middle days. Thank you, Adriene. This is truly the best yoga I've found that I can treat myself with at home.

  18. I am nearing a time whenn I will be the one doing this practice in a chair. I have a suggestion. Would it be possible to actually show the chair poses alongside the regular poses? Someone else could be doing it, or Adriene could tape it and add it to this video. I have increased my yoga time during COVID times and it has been a wonderful way to keep active.
