This short session focuses on yoga for the neck, shoulders and upper back. This the perfect moment to check in and care for yourself! We focus on targeted areas that get stressed through everyday activity to combat neck tension, shoulder pain, upper back pain, and poor posture. This therapeutic sequence will combat stress, reduce inflammation, relieve discomfort and increase range of motion.

  6. When I'm going to on all fours, 1 hand up and then inwards and out, my feet always want to clap together. Then I heard your tip on stretching one leg out and that helps. But why do the feet touched eachother when I do that? I noticed yours are able to stay separate to what appears to be no effort. Thanks Adriene!

  8. I stopped doing yoga because I would feel so nauseous. This has only happened in the last couple years. I wanted to come back to it because I missed it so and thought this 30 day challenge would ease me back into it (hopefully feeling well) but the same thing happened. I'm feeling so dispirited by this. Can anyone relate? Any suggestions? Is it my sinuses? My neck? Thanks for any help you can give me!

  11. looking for total upper body workout. Disappointed you added something where we have to get on hands and knees. People with broken leg cant do this. would have appreciated 10 minute "upper body"
