    Quick question: sometimes I have difficulty breathing deep, or breathing at all. I cannot feel the breath till the pits of my stomach and my chest. How do I get my breath back?:) Thank you!

  2. Oh my goodness! Where have I been and why haven't I learned about this channel sooner?!?!? I've never quite connected to an instructor but Adriene is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I was just in a car accident looking for ways to alleviate shoulder blade pain. I'm way out of practice but these exercises are perfect. I can see why this is the top channel in its category.

  4. I just did this routine at an attempt to help my cervical radiculopathy
    And another neck and shoulder one of yours

    I'm not sure if I was a good idea
    I guess il know later

    Also
    When i did the sitting cat pose i felt all the pain from stretching my back
    I felt a rush of sickness feeling and heat
    Like I wanted to vomit
    I wonder if it was years of accumulated stress in my back being released .
    It' felt good at the same time
    I know some things that are good for us can be quite uncomfortable to begin with.

    Editing… day after and my back has pain in muscles its not a bad pain bit wondered of this lught be normal?
    I've not worked and stretched I to my back for several months

  5. Thank you Adriene for wonderful video. I learned today that I’m being to harsh for myself. With this soft sequence I got a bit more gentle and loving with myself. Now I’ll be seeking this kind of not that much demanding yoga for myself, to find connection. Thank you, once again, for everything! ❤️🙏🌱

  6. Adriene, I am beyond grateful for you. Curious if you'd ever make a routine to help with vertigo. I get it occasionally and it quite literally throws me off balance in my regular yoga routines. Would love love love something like this.

  8. This practice is the most powerful pain relief. ❤ 20 years ago I crashed my bike 🚲 and got trapped nerves (T4). Of doctors, physios and osteopaths, this improved my wellbeing the most. 😊 Thank you. 🙏
