  2. A lovely exercise, but to be honest lying down often makes me feel more miserable. Halfway through the video I got up and started to do sun salutations and be more active. I need to activate my body, and be encouraged to activate, when I feel down.

  3. Days like this when i feel so so alone and loneliness takin the best of me.. i turn to Adriene for comfort and voila! I feel better already. Tears dry up and im up again ready to face the challenges and to welcome and embrace the best feelings 🙂 Thank U Adriene and to everyone around the world who feels alone .. we are in it together !   6. A deep pit is forming in my stomach again- COIVD is back and we just decided to not go to a work party with a lot of good friends. We're very sad and frustrated. This practice at least cleared the fog in my head. Thanks again for being a force of good in the world, Adriene.

  8. I said hi and waved when Adriene said «there are so many practising with you right now» felt good sending that out, in hopes of someone recieving it on the other end.

  9. My prayer for the community during this loneliness practice is that no one will feel isolated and that everyone will know how valuable they are in this community and in the one where they live. We really are not alone and we each have immeasurable worth. Namaste!

  10. SO GOOD! Wow this practice was everything I needed. My breathing felt so easy and welcomed today which is something I struggle to obtain during some practices. My body was soaking up the poses and feeling that core activation/shake was the cherry on top. Thank you as always Adriene!
