  2. A question about gomukhasana. This is a tricky pose to get into it in the right way. What kind of excersises are needed to get there?

  3. My 2nd yoga session. I can’t bend over so far but I’m assuming if I keep at it, my lower back pain will ease and I will become more flexible. I’ll keep at it

  4. Thanks for this video, the sacrum massage was soooo great for me as I broke my bone in 2007. Also I love the twist with the heel on knee

  8. This was harder than any workout I’ve done this year (weight lifting,running, basketball) and I could feel the benefits immediately after I got up. My mind writes to let you know my body is grateful. Hopefully an end to lower back issues, still feel great the day after. Thank you!

  9. Wow, thank you. Im a truck driver and for the last few weeks my lower back has fluctuated between dull ache and breath stopping pain. I did your hips and lower back routine today and its the first bit of releif i've had.

  10. Is it normal for my legs to go numb really fast? I’ve always had this problem, I also have some sort of muscle disorder regarding my (back). Should I talk to my physician about it or is it quite common? :/

  12. I did my first practice in months, and the first practice by Adriene just now with this video! I hold a lot of tension in my lower back and hips and I've been incredibly stressed out recently. towards the end of the video I felt my hips pop, releasing a lot of discomfort. Once you said "leave it on the mat" I was really able to feel how much I had released and how much weight I had set down. thanks for helping me release both physical and mental discomfort! I will definitely be back for more videos 🙂

  13. I did this video while 20 weeks pregnant today- sleeping on my side has led to some very tight hips! Out of consideration for my belly, I had to modify or replace a lot of the moves, but it was still nice to hear Adriene's voice and feel her soothing positivity.

  14. Hi I'm back after injuries have stopped my practise. Woke with hip and thigh pain and now it's gone. Thank you so much head and body fully engaged. Big luv XXX
