  1. I often hear from people that they cannot do yoga because they are not flexible enough.
    But being flexible is really the art of being open and available.
    Open and available to what is current and present.
    It’s an inside job, this… space… making.
    We can start with the body but remember what the great yoga guides have shown us…
    The body is a metaphor.
    And I am no expert, but I suspect… there is a lot to balance and uncover.
    This week we meditate on flexibility as conscious openness.

  2. Hey, great routine! It felt really good to do! I have one question though.. I just started going to the gym and I have been told to never stretch on cold muscle as it could do some great damage. Does the same rule apply to yoga routines like this though? Do I have to warm up before doing it?

  3. Guys do you also have this huge spine crack while squeezing your knee to the floor when you are"twisted"?

    Me : trying to become a pro yoga-er in a couple of hours at 10:00 PM because i was bored 🙃

  8. I love this one. It's great for runners who are trying to keep their hips, hamstrings, and glutes more relaxed while they stack up the miles. Like she suggests, I do it regularly and alongside other YWA videos and workouts.
