I had assumed I was an open person, but realise that I was actually very self protective (for many reasons) and the practice is teaching me to open up.   8. I just did this class for the first time (never did yoga before but always wanted to) and I got through it alright except for my knees and feet. I have chronic health issues that impacted my lower legs mostly so not surprised. It looks like I will need some props–probably a block and some knee jellies? Will give those a try unless you have other suggestions. Thanks for a great class!

  9. This is my first ever yoga video. I’ve been meaning to start for such a long time. I even bought my mat and towels and blocks like six months ago but didn’t want to start until I felt I could be consistent. I could slap myself for not starting sooner. I always hear people say what a big difference doing yoga makes but I just thought you had to be healthy first, or maybe those people have been doing it a long time and are already good at it. Never did I believe I’d feel better after my first time! I even took the time to make a yoga playlist for when I did start 🤦🏼‍♀️ I will definitely be making this a priority now.

  10. Gonna be hitting up this video a few times before I go to day 2 of the 30 days of yoga. Totally out of shape and just quit drinking 12 days ago. I was sweating to this but after the exercise two things hit my mind hard. The first thing was that even though I was sweating and just did 40 minutes of this I didn't feel tired or burnt out. Second thing was time just flew by doing this. I literally thought this was like a 20 minute video. Thanks for the instruction! Felt like I was right there with ya.

  11. Just finished my first time….was not able to follow instruction exactly but tried….am 64 and now my body is yelling. Got a lot of limbering up to do, lol. But I did enjoy and learned how bad I need this. Thank you. Robin
