  1. I've done this video so many times (each more lovely than the last). This time, having just started a PhD program, her comments on carving out time intentionally and connecting the brain and body hit so beautifully 💜 Just what I needed to hear

  7. I haven't done any yoga for almost 3 weeks and I am so glad I did this today. During this practise I started feeling really greatful and so so happy. Thank you

  9. For those who can discern truth, time as we know it is almost up. Please invite Jesus into your heart now while you still can. TODAY. Acknowledge you’ve sinned, Believe in your heart that he died so you didn’t have to face Gods judgement and Confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord. When you do this the holy spirt fills you, and seals you – you are saved. It’s a free gift, but you have to make the next move and call on him. He won’t force himself on you. He loves you more than anyone can and wants a personal relationship with you. You won’t regret it. Amen

  11. Its Gabriel Daniels Gabe. I can't. Sleep and I got football game tomorrow. I am 18 now. I don't see myself. Playing college football because I can't sleep

  12. This is an amazing video! I felt like so much tension left my body. Not to mention this bridges the line between daytime and bed time for me, I struggle to take time to wind down and get comfy, it much easier to fall asleep when you’ve told your brain it’s time to sleep (what a shock) thank you for the great work❤️

  13. The release I felt from this video made me cry. My body, my mood and my health have suffered this year but I've been taking the steps to get better. One of those steps was to work on how my body feels and the quality of my sleep. This video literally had my crying a little on my yoga mat. I dont know if it was bc my mind was finally quiet or bc my body released so much tension. Probably both but ill be back for more of this

  14. loved this energy but it seems my body is not flexible enough to be comfortable in some of these poses. Maybe I’ll come back here and try it again soon
