  1. I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been in pain since. I tried ibuprofen, a heating pad and some bio freeze and nothing really helped. I used to practice yoga about 3 years ago but I moved somewhere that is hard to find a good class. I thought I would try to find a yoga video for back pain and try it today. I came across you and did two of your videos. The pain is almost all gone now. 🙌🏻. I’m glad I found you here. I can’t wait to do other videos of yours. 💜

  2. I have had a back pain for 1 month. I found your video yesterday, made the exercises, and after 1 day the pain is gone!!! Thank you!!! I am so happy! Finely I can keep up running, and lose weight!

  3. I woke up this morning I don’t know what happened maybe I moved wrong but my back a sharpe pain on my left side of my back

  4. Always a helpful practice, I return to this whenever my back is sore, and today it was just what I needed. As ever thanks Adriene for having backs 💕

  5. I WISH those helped my back, it put more tension into my upper back and had to stop at downward dog. But it helped my hips! I can see where it would be helpful for lower back issues. But this video is definitely not for upper back, neck and shoulders.

  6. My back was really sore yesterday. Your video helped me so much. Proves once again that ‘yoga has my back’. Thank you Adrienne. Namaste.

  7. Just what I needed after putting my back out on Thursday (bending awkwardly adjusting my daughters Book Week Supergirl costume). Taking timeout from Cultivate calendar to show my back some yoga love. Those supine knee circles got the sweet spot on the sacrum and the slight pop with the supine twist to the right at the end has improved my pain immensely. I'm going do to this one daily for a while. Thankyou!🧘‍♀️☮💖✨🙏

  8. I recently had a car accident that left me with pain on my back. Thank you so much for this, Adriene. You really touch a lot of lives 🙂

  9. I'm so glad I found your channel. After 34 years of martial arts training which I cannot do right now. After a surgery and many injuries I've been looking for an exercise that doesn't just spasm me out more. I've had chronic back and neck pain for 17 years that causes chronic sleep problems and more. Most of the other "beginner courses", I don't have the core strength anymore to do, this is perfect for me to start my rehab. I love that you also talk about the "stretch in the feet" and how the tensegrity of the body and how it connects from head to toes, we used to say "one thing moves, all things "move" or "adjust". Thank you and where ever you are, your new room looks great, a very nice space, clean and bright.

  10. fabulous work nice to see yogis in the world who maintain a positive mindset in the face of all the hatred, mind pain and general discontent we generate

  11. I am so grateful for this video, I had a baby 8 weeks ago and my body is still reeling from the pregnancy and birth, plus breastfeeding is keeping me sitting a lot of the time and tighthening my neck, upper back, elbows etc. This routine has done wonders not only for my back but also for my articulations, my core, pelvic area… So gentle, relaxing and energizing, thank you for putting it out there, it's fantastic to feel good in my body again 🙂

  12. This is the best yoga for when I have an achey back! It doesn’t always feel better immediately but the next day I’m always back to normal!
