  1. Oh my gosh, Thank you. I haven’t tried this during a panic attack, but I had a nasty one last night that has had some residual effect today. This was a delightful way to move my body and am adding it to my Panic Attack Relief playlist. Namaste sister! 🙏

  2. I found the alternating nostril breathing trick to be incredibly stressful for me and I felt like I couldn’t get enough air – I quit this video only 4:15 in because it was making my anxiety worse!

  4. I'm a 26 year old Indian guy who started doing yoga in this covid 19 pandemic and believe me guys it has drastically changed my health. Now I'm doing yoga since last 9 months continuously and I haven't taken my ALLERGY tablets for 7-8 months. Earlier I used to fall sick EVERY month with running nose, constant sneezing, sore throat,blocked nose, headache, back pain, lethargic etc. But yoga has completely changed my health.
    My routine: 35 minutes of asanas and 40 minutes of pranayam.
    And please never skip pranayam(breathing exercise) because it will help you the most irrespective of your health issues. You will start to get the benefits after 12-15 days later.
