  2. In the middle of a very stressful final assignment week in uni, this is honestly the break I needed to let everything go and just relax before bed. I cannot get enough of your videos, and I always come back to them when I'm feeling especially anxious. Thank you for all that you do ❤

    * 11/29/21: another much needed “low-to-the-ground” calming practice after a very long day

    I've always wanted to challenge myself with this, and after a month long depressive slump that had me ignoring my practice, I'm glad I've chosen to believe in myself enough to do this.
    And I'm glad this warm hug of a video (and teacher!) was there for me. Thank you Adriene!

  10. It was one of those days. One of those days where I just felt sick and exhausted and was trying to find excuses to not come to the mat. I made it to the mat. And I'm so glad I did.

  12. I don’t do this evening yoga enough, but when I do it right before bed I feel so relaxed. Adrienne’s manner and voice are soothing as well. Love her videos!

  13. I decided to swap out day 18 of Nourish for this one as it's late at night and I'm in some severe pain tonight so core work was just not gonna happen

I have serve nightmares that last hours and I am afraid to go to sleep because of it and I have anxiety and I’m depressed and stressed all the time and have eczema this helps a lot to calm me down and if I have nightmares it’s only 1 or 2 not like 20 and I have missed over a year of school and have to do it at home because of my anxiety thank you so much for doing this I just want to thank you for what you do because you help me and a lot of other people too thank you so much
