  1. Hello everyone! This lovely little gem is great first thing in the morning or helpful when you just need to move, but can’t commit to a lot. What is something else you do to start your day off on the right foot?

  2. I loved this practice! Such a wonderful way to wake up the body 🙂 One thing I have a hard time with is when there's a countdown during a hard movement and it's not just "3,2,1" but instead is "3, _____, 2, ______, 1" where various supportive sayings are inserted. I love the support, but also find it more challenging to get through the hard movement when I can't actually mentally count down to how long I need to hold it for.

  4. Adriene, I have issues getting up from bed. Meaning, I can wake up and spend an hour in bed , but if I force myself to get up immediately and follow w this routine, I don't need to go back to bed. Thank you !

  5. Was finishing up this lovely session, one minute till the end, and i get a call on a phone that never rings. i pick up worried it might be an emergency, its the bank, to offer some new plans… i very politely told them to eat shit and stop calling, and lost all the inner peace i had gained.
    will try again tomorrow

  6. trying to really better my mind and body since being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and OMG I did not realize how difficult yoga can be (or maybe just how weak I really have gotten)! I can't wait for the day where I can look back at this, which is challenging for me rn, and think "wow, this is easy!"

    I just wanted to thank you for these videos! You have saved my body from myself so many times over the past 3 years since I've discovered your invaluable channel. I have practiced yoga daily for 22 yrs, thanks to an intro during my pregnancy by my best friend. However, I struggle to make the time to stay on my may long enough if I don't practice with a leader who will. I thank you for your dedication to your practice which makes it infinitely easier for me to stay dedicated to mine! Both my puppy Giove (Jupiter, in Italian) and I enjoy practicing with you and Benji, daily! Thank you both! We are so very grateful!!!! You ROCK!
