Total Body Yoga – Deep Stretch | Yoga With Adriene



Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

  2. it was really long where I work and overall it made your body feel not only tired but muscle fatigued just from the work we had to do. so a little after I got home, I decided to help myself out by doing this video…OMG lol I haven't done yoga in so long the stretches felt so much harder to do…BUT it sure felt good ha. Thankyou for creating these videos, I always come back to this channel because it really is the best one the internet.

  5. This is one of my favorite and most revisited practices, but while doing the split at the end I always get some pain in the inner part of my knees and can't go very far. Anyone know what I can do to reduce that pain and get further into the split?

  9. p good but I wish there had been a bit of a warm up; everything was so slow that it didn't feel as productive as it could have been if I had been warmer

  10. Amazing routine Adriene, I like to do this practice regularly but I cannot do the last stretch. Can you recommend a variation? I can get my legs pretty wide but my upper body just does not fold forward, it seems impossible for me and I think I am pretty flexible! Thank you

  17. I love these slower and deeper practises. I find them so beneficial and recently my body has been so stiff and difficult to move that most yoga classes feel so.ewhat disheartening. But giving yourself the time to just ease into it is so lovely and helpful ❤

  18. This practice has become my Sunday ritual. I have been doing YWA regularly for 4 years and still can't cross my legs. I couldn't cross my legs as a little kid so it may not be possible? But this practice might just get me there. Thank you Adriene.
