  5. I love this. It fits me perfectly well. It seems light, but I still feel my core and muscle when focusing on the pose and the breath. I also sweat enough to believe that I do exercise haha.

  10. I love this useful quickie, saved in my favourites list. It’s so soothing, slow and achievable for this senior yogi. I went straight to downward dog for a peddle instead of the last 2 vinyasas and therefore enjoyed it even more, no pressure … as you often say Adriene …. beautiful ! 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

  13. I have two dogs and a cat and whenever I do yoga, I have all three trying to get on the mat and eventually they all calm down and start sleeping around me. One of my dogs is a 6 month old Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) and he’s really hyperactive and steps all over me 😂 and he’s so heavy he doesn’t know how big he is. It’s alright with my cat and other dog as she is a smaller breed (we think she’s a Maltese terrier-shitzu mix but she was a rescue so we’re not really sure)
