  5. I feel better after practicing this self-love yoga. I got robbed at gun point a few days ago. It has been a tough few days trying to ground myself and to make me feel safer and integrated in the body. I survived it without getting hurt. Lost my purse and everything in it but saved my life. Will come back tomorrow to practice this Self Love Yoga again. Thank you, Adriene and everyone who practice with me in the world. Namaste.

  6. Oh my goodness I adore you. This practice was astonishing. I thought I had to be very strict, doctor sounding almost, or very professional with no real silliness or mistakes in my teaching.     And at the end when visually releasing an opp to apply for a job, I saw my computer fly upwards…you mentioned '💻👨🏾‍💻🎧zoom in zoom out' ..I knew I needn't worry…mmm first time I've written neednt🤔😁

  11. That was such a beautiful full practice. I have just done it outside on the decking of our holiday rental lodge with the most amazing views of a beautiful valley in North Wales. The nearby cows and sheep were chatting away throughout! Thank you Adriene x

  14. Did this class today even though it was a struggle I laughed when you said about happy baby and remembered my little girl about 6 months old giggling when I sang summertime to her. Time flies she is nearly 9. Thanks for helping me slow down and relish the happy moments

  15. While in the squat for 3 breath cycles, I felt my whole body feel like it was on fire. I momentarily thought of collapsing, where for the first time in a while I heard a small voice say that "I had this" and it powered me through to not collapsing. Hoping to hear this in other situations, and see where it will take me in life.

  16. Wow, I can't believe this was almost an hour, it went by so fast! Thank you 💕 showing up for myself to breath and connect in my body is always worth it. I feel so good!
