  2. I've been doing yoga for a few years and I've done this particular video so many times but this is the first time I've ever cried doing yoga. When we did knocking on heaven's door it brought up a memory of when my dad used to do that to stretch after he worked out and my brother and sister would call him "swingy man" and it made me smile and miss those times and then I started to wonder where it all went wrong and why we're not happy anymore and I thought about my brother dying and how everything started to fall apart after that and it's never been the same. As I started thinking all these things my speed got faster and faster and then when Adriene said to slow it down and come to mountain pose, everything got so still and I just cried and it was so weird but really therapeutic. I've always heard people say they have emotional experiences during yoga and I never understood it because I never felt it till now. Thank you for allowing me to have that experience, Adriene. <3

  3. I have known Adriene for a while but avoiding most practices because of all the chatter. I guess I am to used to the straight forward classes of SarahBethYoga and Yoga with Kassandra. I still want to try more videos of Adriene but I just keep getting thrown off by all the distracting chatter like "yoooo creaky old floor long time no hear"… does anyone have some tips? There are videos that I really enjoy from Adriene but also a lot that just annoy me a lot.

  7. So hard for me to complete this practice today. Not because i wasnt up for it. But because one of my 6 week old kittens kept walking on the keyboard and pausing, skipping, etc. Its all good though. i love that i rescued these 2. One always stops whatever hes doing to hop on the mat with me.
