  1. 153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA

  3. I love your dog. He's thinking 'you go ahead. Don't worry it won't bother my sleep'. Lol I have been taking Yoga classes for several months. I'm a 61 yr old male who is in very good shape but not very flexible. I'm giving Adriene's sessions a shot. I like that most are 20 to 30 minutes long so that I can do 2 different sessions back to back. Thank you for this Adriene.

Oh my, I nearly jump out of my skin when Adriene said its raining outside … cue the heavy pour in SG (way on other side of the world … not in 15 oct 2017, rather 29 sep 2021!) what what!!! did this flow bfr and yes, nervous … anything with power yoga… rather intimidating.. still focus on what I can / be … yay! not too bad and 🙂 🙂 🙂 Namaste to all practising and wow, end of sep of RE Set!

  6. FYI, I am on my boyfriends account at the moment, but I had to stop for part of this because the downward dog movement hurt my hands and wrists so much. Is there a way to get past this? I have been doing yoga online for about 3 months now. Thanks!

  8. YES! This felt nowhere near as difficult as it did 2 months ago. The weather is much cooler for one thing but I feel so much stronger! I managed both side planks with no kick stand and didn't cave in on bicycles! FEELING STRONG! Reset September 2021 day 28 🥰

  9. I love this practice, it contains variety of movements ti create heat and energy and besides it is not long! Doing it everyday can help lose weight ( which I did)! Thank you Adriene❤
