  4. You don't even realize how much suffering you have supported me through. This channel has been a consistent comfort, and part of my routine for I think nearly a year now. I have endured some perpetual trauma over this year, as many of us have, but just thank you so much for giving me a space to move, breathe, and feel all this grief, and yucky stuff.

  5. My body said 'Do movement medicine calm practice today.' I thought OK but first let me check today's calendar practice (October 30th 2021- Still). SNAP! It's meant to be. I'm so grateful for YWA which I discovered during Lockdown. I have been benefitting so much from YWA as often as I can and need it more than ever now I'm self-isolating. Peace & Love to all xx

  6. I love your yoga sequence, they are really helpful and beneficial. I used to practice everyday with you and now sometimes I do. The reason is that you explain too much. I love it, but at the same time it is too long. Sorry 😞. I would love to practice with you again really
