  7. Thank you again Adriene! It’s been probably 6-8 weeks of life happening and it feels Sooo good to finally take time again to recenter and stretch. My monkey mind didn’t stop babbling until mid way through but I was able to start practicing being in the moment again. And my body felt aged and my joints were popping at first until the end. I feel so amazing and I am so grateful to come back, no matter how long, and feel good again. Thank you so much 🙏

  8. 365 Days. 365 days ago I pressed play on this video and it’s what got me to do YWA daily and stick to my routine each and every day! Even though this was a more lighthearted video, it did not stop the tears that poured out today. You can say I took “Open the floodgates” to a whole new level.
