  1. Love these morning yoga sessions. COVID work at homer and started doing these videos before I hit my desk instead of logging on early and donating hours… sets my intention for the day and gives me peace and sanity.

Ohhh was doing wellll , well U knowwww, morning yoga is tricky…and as I was sensing it…those fire hydrant kind of pose hurt my shoulders a bit..not pushing any further…was supposed to do yin yoga to stretch it alllll out! Then got carried away seeing Adriene on my daily feed…shooot, alwaysss listen to your Voice, not even Adriene s !!!at times!!!🤣😱🙀🙀😋😜😜😜💗💗💗
