  5. Doing this routine in July 2021!!! Loved this workout and due to covid I haven't been doing any exercise so I found this a bit challenging

Ohhh was doing wellll , well U knowwww, morning yoga is tricky…and as I was sensing it…those fire hydrant kind of pose hurt my shoulders a bit..not pushing any further…was supposed to do yin yoga to stretch it alllll out! Then got carried away seeing Adriene on my daily feed…shooot, alwaysss listen to your Voice, not even Adriene s !!!at times!!!🤣😱🙀🙀😋😜😜😜💗💗💗
