  4. I've been doing this meditation every morning since The end of May now. I started out because of The biggest mental breakdown I experienced this far in life. And this video made such a different for me. I felt like I was totally lost in my own head, but practicing yoga and meditation has been my saviour. Thanks Adriene ❤❤

  5. i couldn't get out of my head and find the peace. i feel so broken not being able to help myself feel better through this video. i love your videos regardless, but just wasn't able to get out of my head and into the video this time. any advice?

  6. This meditation is perfect for me just now. My Mum passed away last week and the mantra in this meditation is just what I need. It helps me to allow my Mum to leave. I will be doing it the morning of her funeral. Thank-you

  7. This is not Yoga, Yoga is not only for physical health. physical health is just part of it. Please do read books of swami vivekananda and Yoga Sutra.
