  1. I am about the most inflexible person on the entirety of this planet. I've done just about every wrong thing in my life to bring me to this point of chronic lower back pain, including football, mountain bike crashes, loading luggage into planes for years…etc. I'd been having tons of lower back pain…sacrum, hips, QL and hip flexors. I found these videos to be very easy to follow. She doesn't try to throw you into the deep end of pretzel yoga. Day by day, while practicing these techniques, I've seen my lower back pain diminish and I have a greater sense of mobility. I look forward to working through all of these videos and work on other areas of my body even if I don't sense pain in those other areas. I find the instructor here to be a peaceful conduit, guiding me away from chronic pain. Her voice is soothing, but realistic. This isn't some sort of new age semantics. These are basic methods of incrementally releasing muscles and rearranging connective joints and tissue. I highly recommend coursing through her videos and finding the body region you need to work on. She is not trying to hurt you, but rather, include you regardless of flexibility level.

  2. I’ve been dealing with low back and probably si joint pain for a few weeks. I did back and hips last night and this one tonight , and wow !! Amazing how I feel already. I want to get back to the November calendar, so I hope I’m on my way to being pain free. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found you Adrienne. You’ve truly been a life saver. I started earlier this year , stopped for a few months and regret that !! I’m back , daily !! For good !! Namaste 🙏🏼

  3. Just done that practice as I hurt my back yesterday. I feel awesome 👌 I will definitely do this again in the next days to help my back recovering. Thank you 😊

  5. Thanks again for this wonderful segment. This is the best for lower back pain. It’s so much better than taking pain relievers.❤️

  6. Really yummy restorative class. I have fallen out of yoga practice for some time now and my body, mind and spirit can all feel that. What you said at the end also resonated with me. I hope to start doing your classes again more often

  10. Thank you so much for all the good work! (The only thing – is it me going deaf, or is the sound of the vid agonizingly unintelligible? Most of the commentary sounds like some muffled mumble…)

  11. As with others here in the comments, this was much needed today. Taking it easy on my body today as I woke up extremely stiff not sure why. Thank you beautiful soul.

  12. Wonderful as always, Adriene! I've had an achy back from studying throughout my uni assessment period. This was such a lovely way to slow down during the non-stop rush <3

  16. Hi again. Great lesson for the lower back. Only got some difficulties siddhasana where I had to hang over to the ground. How do you do that? My hips tend to lift off the ground. Just as what you said the hips need to be grounded. Love to hear from you😘
