  1. That was great, thank you. Can I ask a favour though? At the end during savasana, when you say, if you have time to stay here for a few minutes, then you quickly get out of it for people who 'have to boogie', the closing music comes on, but only for less than a minute and then the video is finished and IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT FINISHES, A FRIGGING ADVERTISEMENT COMES IN LOUDLY AND AGGRESSIVELY – and I had to jump up from rest and snap the laptop shut to stop it, and then lie back down and try to relax again so I could come out of savasana in a gentler, more mindful and thankful way… Maybe you can lengthen the closing music – it all felt a little rushed, even though you said take your time transitioning from postures, finding alignment and foundation. It would be really helpful to have 2-3 minutes music at the end, because the commercials are inevitable now and they don't hesitate and they're never the right vibe for yoga or meditation videos so are extremely stressful and jarring.

  2. Thank you Adriene for sharing your wonderful videos with all of us! I've so enjoyed spending each morning with you and your calming voice, gentle practices and adorable puppy dog! My lab, Colby, also sits with me while doing your practices and likes to see Benji joining you!! Thank you again!! Valerie from North Carolina

  3. I love that 54 others did this practice with me at the same time (hit refresh when you've finished to see!). So blessed. Thank you Adriene and all. xx

  4. How do I always find the right video that I need at a particular moment!! Adrienne and other creators of this channel, I bow down to you for creating something so wonderful. It almost feels illegal to have free access to these videos!!

  5. Really enjoying this practice, feeling the benefit. What would be the next video you would recommend. Im 68 and not as flexible as I would like, but do not want to give up on the yoga.

  6. I wasn't quite able to keep up. But thank you for the video. I will keep watching this everyday 'till I feel comfortable on my own in my daily routine.

  7. Thank you Adriene for all you do – I am relatively experienced with yoga but I regularly connect with your videos because you are such a joy and give me space to re-connect to the basic principles of practice. I hope you bask in the appreciation I know that I, and your other followers have for you. x
