  7. My 17th YWA session – loved it. I'm putting a comment on the ones I have done so far. It is now the 21st of December which means I'm always a full month in with yoga every day!

    * 12/20/21: never did this from earlier in the month, but oh today it was perfect. Even fell asleep at the end

  9. That was an amazing practice. I'm feeling really unwell because I got the covid vaccine booster yesterday (andd also feeling very grateful towards science and people who work so hard to make that possible), but anyway, I'm not feeling my best but I was able to follow along. Mostly. Couldn't just lift my left arm😂Thanks Adrienne for bringing a bit of relief to a crappy day ❤

  15. Thanks for the session Adriene, you're my favorite yogi. I tried doing this on the limited floor of my campervan (could barely fit the yoga mat), so safe to say I wasn't able to do all the stretches precisely as presented, but with some modifications it worked out well.
