  2. I like how simply this yoga menu is laid out, however, some of their form is incorrect. In, warrior one there is too much extension in the lower back, when the hips should tilt forward and lower ribs should be pulled back, for a straighter back and greater stretch in the front hip and hamstrings. In the sitting forward bend they turtleshell their backs, when you should again, keep your back straight, hinging at the hips and reach your chest towards the toes. It's very important to have correct form so you don't injure yourself. I've done that before!

  6. wow! what a surprise – LOVED the meditative silence in conjunction with movement; yet with a twist of current background music. For anyone wanting a moving meditation practice, this is great! I've been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and have not accessed a routine quite like this!

  7. I like the video format but as a yoga teacher have to mention that a friend of mine got hurt doing this video. Upon watching it I realized their form is really off such as warrior two hips, feet, torso, arms and head. Also in Navasana their back is not straight at all and we would not lift the feet and legs until the back is straight because that is how you engage the abs there. It's well made but worries me. I wish they had an actual yoga teacher showing this to make sure injuries don't happen to students watching this who are trying to imitate the poses which are unfortunately often a bit off. Again I think they are doing an ok job but when you're teaching something it's important to lead in correct form to protect students from injuries. Also no focus on breath which is what distinguishes yoga from an exercise class. Sorry but felt these were important details. Great videos on this channel but if you want to learn yoga please seek to learn from a yoga teacher or please have a yoga teacher on these future videos.

  9. I started lifting weight again, but heard that yoga strengthens your joints and muscle. So i searched “yoga session for home” on youtube and came across this video. I did my first session in whole my life and wow i cant believe 25 minutes past by so fast. I feel more relaxed, you have too let your body go and flow with the movements. Thanks 🙏🏼

  10. I am a yoga noob and first time I did this particular vid. My body packed in 2/3 through lol, stomach, calf, quad muscles all had enough. It was a sort of tingly tiredness and was actually making me laugh it was a pleasant feeling. Good work out and i will look to progress further in future thank you.

  16. I usually do bohobeautiful yoga videos. Mainly because the ones I see aren't very well done. But this is amazing and I am excited to try it!
