  3. This may sound strange but whenever you say "nod a little 'yes' and a little 'no'" I always only nod yes because I felt like 'no" felt negative. Today I suddenly realized that' no' is an amazingly positive word when setting boundaries for self love and respect. I was so shocked haga so I nodded yes and no 😍💖

  4. I am using my hubbys mobile. But have not touched on Joga in 17 years. Recently decided to try it again. After job loss due to the mandates. And have many friends that daily do Yoga. Now more open to it because as a Christian I was told to stay away.

  6. honestly today has been a difficult day physically. I wasn't up for it. I almost skipped today. but I decided to pick this one. I am so so so thankful. I am still struggling (hurting) but this helped me remember that doing whatever I can is okay. my sister was making fun of me but I am proud of myself.

  7. You are right! The most difficult part is to get yourself to start the practice. I am grateful every time I do!
