  1. I'm a bit scared to begin this. I'm 50 and right off the bat, the neck rolls exercise seems a bit dodgy. It's fairly common to have issues in your vertabrae that makes neck rolls unsafe. Can other users let me know if this series is conscious of issues like this? I could see if this was targeted to people in their teens or twenties, but for the general population i hope there is more consideration of people's safety.

  2. what do you (or yall, the community in general) recommend for folks who have a hard time doing runner's lunges? im a fat person with a tummy and thick thighs and the one thing that i have a problem doing is the lunges because my stomach is just in the way. curious to know if anyone else has had this problem and figured it out, or if someone with experience has an idea of an alternative pose that is easier to get into for big folks?

  3. Merci Adrienne 🙂. Our yoga teachers won't come back to the gym because they don't want to be vaccinated. So I'm practicing with you 😃. Thank you, from France 🙏

  4. Starting this today after being away from my practice for a long time. Writing this comment to hold myself accountable ❤️ sending love to all the yogis starting fresh as well!

  5. I am here for the second set of 30days… Whoever is here with me in 2021 on this beautiful first day of October 10/1/2021, I see you and I am with you on this journey. Let's do this!! Thank you Adrienne!!

  6. This is my first yoga video, but I can already see I will love the rest. I've never seen myself as a yoga person, but I decided to give it a shot and I already feel that I want to practice more. I love how calm and relaxing both yoga and you as a teacher are. I also love the "no pressure" atmosphere and the fact that you give us a lot of time to switch the positions and adjust them so they work for us.

  7. I started August 1st but I hurt myself at the end of August so I'm just starting back again with day won. Yoga is a blessing and blessing and if my body allows me I will do it every day for the rest of my life. Thank you for this series

  8. Total Beginner here, recording my experience.

    Day 1

    – Felt dizzy after yoga (probably from lowering my head more than usual)
    – Difficulty with the various poses as I'm not familiar (It looked so easy but I'm not flexible, the back of my knee literally hurts from that half standing dog)
    – Neck hurts from craning to see my laptop screen (I'm already wearing earpods but since I have to see the poses)
    – Difficulty focusing but the last lying down pose made me finally relax like I'm meditating

  9. Hi I am a complete begginer with little flexiblity. Should I continue this challenge evrn tho there were many pose i could not imitate due not have the flexibility to do them. Should just learn yoga first get flexibility and then come bavk to this challenge? Cause i feel i am doing most of it wrong

  10. Today I'm starting this journey after 8 months of daily yoga, following the monthly calendars. Because I really wanted to try the original 30 days of yoga! I've done Breath, Home and Dedicate and I loved them. I'm looking forward to this one!
