  3. I am so thankful for this. I never really liked Yoga. To me it has always been more stressfull than calming. Maybe because I am struggling with anxiety, adhd and trauma. But then I found your videos. Your workout routines have been perfect for the "transition" from my strict (and kinda unhealthy) workout plans to a real awareness of my body.   5. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate and love all your videos. Between the beautiful easy guidance, how much positive and beautiful energy you give off and the beautiful calming music you add. it’s really helped me relax and that’s not easy. I have depression, anxiety and adhd & ptsd and finally getting over ppd for the second time. so I find it so hard to be still and stay in the moment. Something I’m trying to work on to find some peace and to move my body in a healthy way. But I’ve found your one of the people that can really truly help me get there and I’m so grateful to you.❤️

  6. That was incredible. I cannot find a word to describe it. But during last exercise when you just lay down and let go everything, omg after few seconds I was crying as a child. Since April, a lot of bad and good things happened to me and it was like I just let a part of those things go. I released some bad and good energies and it made me cry as a kid but silently. Thanks a lot ♥️♥️♥️I love your videos a lot and whenever I need this kind of thing I just open one of your videos.
