This 7 Minute Bedtime Yoga With Adriene is designed to help you wind down, stretch out and feel good. This short and gentle mindfulness practice will help you calm the nervous system and prepare for a for healthy night of rest. Prepare to feel relaxed and loved!

Feb is a short month so we decided to answer the requests for short practice video with a month of Yoga Quickies. Set the tone for your evening and remember, a little goes a long way!

Yoga Quickies show us that we do not need 30, 60, 75 min. That we don’t always have to do legs on leg day. But rather, that the reward, the cookie, the good stuff actually just arrives when you do too.

  1. You should think about trying more videos like this, and potentially incorporate stories. You have such a beautiful and therapeutic voice. On another note, you'd probably make some great ASMR videos

  2. I’m an athlete and I like to workout a lot, but I wake up super sore in my shoulders, back, neck and hips. Does anyone have any suggestions on certain yoga videos? 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I didn't have a lot of time today, but I really wanted to end my day with a nice, short yoga practice. So here I am, and I enjoyed it so much! Wishing everyone a good night's rest! ✨

  5. I haven’t been on my mat this whole month, but I’m going to try to get back on it. I think I’ve been ignoring my yoga mat because I don’t think stillness is possible right now. And since my dad has passed, I think I’m scared of my grief and being in the stillness of it. This 7 minutes in bed was nice though, thank you Adriene.

  7. I normally try to do yoga every day but i've missed a few days due to work and school. It's late at night but I knew I needed to squeeze some yoga in somehow, and wow I didn't know how much i needed this! My back is so happy now 🙂
