  4. day 1 is complete!!! i havent done yoga since january and im so grateful i am still able to do downward dog it surprised me. these past couple of months has been something. i just was diagnosed as prediabetic and anemic so i have to start making changes NOW not just physically but mentally as well. And Bird is the only woman who made me feel good about myself and connecting my body. really excited for this 7 day challenge!
