    Day 5 so soon and I am really enjoying the challenge. Some of my favorite asana"s that you have incorperated are child's pose, down dog, baby cobra and cobra. I like the chair pose with arms up changing to standing belly on thighs and arm lengthening behind, that felt great. Oh, also puppy to thread the needle. 👍 seriously been happy about every morning routine, having fybro I haven't felt limited.
