  5. From the classes I have taken in person and online I'm not sure her form is that good. Maybe because this is moving fast but there's a lot of curvature in her spine when she does halfway lift for example

  6. Loving it so far, any recommendations for weak wrists that seem to not cope under the pressure though? Will they strengthen or should I go easy on them?

  10. this should be advertised as beginner power yoga, was looking for a challenge, didn't feel that at all. But good for basics and getting into the body!
