From the classes I have taken in person and online I'm not sure her form is that good. Maybe because this is moving fast but there's a lot of curvature in her spine when she does halfway lift for example
WOW I really enjoyed this flow. It was challenging but fun as well. Made me feel amazing afterwards.
Loving it so far, any recommendations for weak wrists that seem to not cope under the pressure though? Will they strengthen or should I go easy on them?
