  4. Oh my gosh. For three weeks I've had the worst pain between my shoulder blades that felt like it needed to pop. I've been doing different yoga flows/stretching everyday to try to get it released. I got a deep tissue massage yesterday hoping that would help, and it did help it loosen I feel, but it wasn't a total release. when I stood on my hands tonight it released and popped. I teared up because of the release I felt. Thank you so much for this practice. Namaste

  5. Very good video with great instructions, but maybe wear your hair in a different style so that you are not constantly adjusting it.

  6. Did this the morning after a night with jiu jitsu and Muay Thai. Helped with my neck and shoulders. Ready for the rest of the day 🙏🏻💪🏻
