Hey everyone, today’s intermediate vinyasa flow class has a little bit of everything. This will work on strength, flexibility and balance. This can be practiced at any time of the day and there are no props required. You’ll get a really well-rounded vinyasa yoga practice in just 30 minutes.

This is a true intermediate practice with a few challenges thrown in to help you build strength and improve your balance. We’ll flow from high lunge to side plank, twisted pigeon, variations of warrior 3 and more. Both my cats make a short appearance in today’s class 🙂 Hope you enjoy it!

    I have been looking for videos like yours I like the way you teach explain techniques and different position – I was able to keep up with you though my arm got shaky —it was great- guess there’s hope for a 60 year old male like me. Tomas

  8. You never cease to amaze me Kassandra! You are so aware of what I need to hear and how I can tweek each pose to get the most out of it. You know when I'm holding my breath or clenching my jaw! I recently started Dragon boating and this is a great workout to focus on the core and other muscles, in particular shoulders and upper back needed for proper paddling technique. I am 65 years young, a 10min a day yoga convert, and happily pain free. Thank you for the thought and care you put into each of your classes. Love the addition of Cleo, Moon and all the kittens 🐾💖
