  3. Way to fast changes for beginners.. and nothing with relaxation. Very sad that u don't take the same time for every side. Seems you would fear to bore your watchers more than communicate to relax.. 
    Some positions are not possible for me – give more alternatives for stretch if you can't do it your style ore change Video Title :/
    Worst I've seen so far 🙁

  4. Can you use a head mic in your videos? I love following you, but even when I'm used to the flow of a video, i cant hear your voice over the music sometimes. I end up having to stop my focus, just to awkwardly twist to see what you just told us to do.

  6. Thanks for acknowledging that morning distractions are a common challenge! I liked the inclusion of bent knees with seated forward fold. That was new for me and felt like an invitation to be kind to ourselves and give grace to our bodies as we come to life in the morning.

  8. Just popping in again to say BIG FAN! Love your work and love the channel, made the pandemic so much more constructive and continues to do so. I'd love to see more 30 day programs, i've done all of them at least twice. Love the full body sculpt nature of a 30 day. Love the dance/pilates/strength/no repeat/stretch nature of your work.   9. This is my first time ever trying yoga. I feel so good after following this video.! I get a lot of muscle pain / back pain and I think this is really going to help.
