  2. Woah, these bring my neck, shoulders and back to life after a whole day in front of a desk and getting rid of weeds in the garden. Feet feel so much lighter as well! Mind at ease as well. I really appreciate you reminding to relax the neck and breathe because I keep forgetting no matter how many times I do the same routine. But I find it very helpful that you remind of this several times and breathe deeply as well so syncing up with you is easy!

  3. This is a perfect stretching routine! I usually do this before sleeping, and just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.

  5. I'll be honest…. wearing those pants I could see pretty much everything……sorry. And at first I felt so stupid even in a room where it's just me adopting the poses as best I could, I'm no where near as flexible as you.

    But afterwards I have felt a lot better, whether through the feeling of doing something for myself or through the exertion process. And Christ my hamstrings sang like violin strings when I tried to touch my toes sitting down….

    I'll try to keep this up but… have work to do.
