  1. i've been suffering from clinically severe depression for years. i used to be in shape but my body deteriorated with my brain. i hate working out in gyms because it's hard enough to get out of bed and its embarrassing that i lost all my stamina. it's also more risky because i have a condition where if i push myself too hard (which unfortunately i have a habit of doing), i will pass out. so these kinds of videos perfectly fit my needs 🙂

    i made it only 6 minutes and with the chair squat things my legs were shaking so violently. took a short stretch break, made it to 9, and then sprinkled in a 30s plank and some modified pushups since my legs were rebelling

    it'll take a while to regain my strength and stamina (and flexibility 😭 used to be a dancer) but i'll get there. first step is being able to tough out the whole workout no breaks 😅 thank you for the video! and your muscle control is no joke
